3 of the majors back above August ‘24 lows. Small caps remain behind. Risk can be managed against August lows in my view. The unfilled gaps are closest above, but there remain others below. This is good news in the short term, but we are by no means in the clear yet. Next watch point for me is the 20 day moving average.
