An update to this one from last month -
There’s a recurring pattern in several of my recent posts, and it’s related to stocks that have IPO’d relatively recently (within the past 5 years or so), were beaten down, and are just starting to cross their AVWAP from IPO.
It’s an easy setup to risk manage, and provides immense upside (look at SG 0.00%↑ , PLTR 0.00%↑ ). Downside risk is limited to that AVWAP, and it provides flexibility to manage upside in whichever manner fits your tolerance (i.e: “making the trade your own”)
