I generally don’t mention much publicly about smaller type companies such as NEXT 0.00%↑ , which is a sub $1 billion market cap business, but I want to hang some information out there and caveat it with saying that I have a small position that began in the $1.60 range.
The stock’s been moving since its November earnings report, and there are some interesting fundamental considerations.
The company’s market cap is $650M. Their LTM cash and equivalents was $540M, a significant factor in what is just a $250Mish enterprise value. No, they don’t make money - Cash flow from operations is ($60M) LTM.
But here’s the interesting thing to me -
Their revenue is around $200M and they reported over 700 employees.

This isn’t insignificant, though the revenue is, and the employee overhead seems high.
All this to say, is KIND 0.00%↑ an acquisition target? The stock IPO’d near $84 and is currently sub $2. Something to consider …
