I find the UAL 0.00%↑ chart very interesting -
There hasn’t been relative strength this strong since 2017, and before that 2010. What’s interesting is that the stock was in a pretty strong uptrend throughout the 2010’s, and fell out of the sky when COVID hit in 2020. The movement that began in August has been an attempt to recalibrate back towards the consolidation that was occurring prior to 2020. If the stock is able to get there, you have to wonder if a consolidation at those levels is a pre-cursor to the next decade long uptrend. Airlines are a sector I’ve had success trading within, and this is a name I’m going to be watching into 2025.
