25% in a week for KWEB 0.00%↑ .
I put a small position in at $27 on Monday, though admittedly the conviction wasn’t high, given KWEB 0.00%↑ failed there in August. My method for getting involved at this stage is via put spread sales, which allow me to collect some income upfront while capitalizing on the elevated volatility, and provides optionality to enter at lower prices if/when this move get retraced.
The view here is zoomed out because I believe this recent spike signifies a meaningful longer term trend change. We can see where KWEB 0.00%↑ is coming from. I expect a longer term migration towards $50 or so, at the least, to be completely reasonable.
