Homebuilders absolutely ripped into the end of 2023, and are opening the year with a giveback.

I like this trade on the short side, as the XHB 0.00%↑ has an unfilled gap from $90-92. The trade invalidates for me at the all-time high of $96.92, which makes for an attractive risk/return setup.
