The EFA 0.00%↑ , which tracks is an all-world index ex/ US and Canada is on the cusp of breaking out to all-time highs last achieved almost 20 years ago. If this is indeed a base breakout, it would represent a sizable opportunity for ex/ US markets due to the measured move potential.
