Dumpster Diving in Intel

INTC 0.00%↑ issues have been well documented as the company’s value has plummeted. But there’s been a bit of a battleground here the past two months as rumors of the company being taken over have been reported. This creates an asymmetric opportunity in my opinion. Recent lows as the stop out point to manage risk.

The stock is at multi-decade lows, and even a modest takeover premium to current valuation like more than offsets the downside risk of closing the trade a loser on break below $18.50 or so.
