Check on Market Bellwethers

Just a table of various market bellwethers I keep an eye on weekly. I like to shape these levels against sentiment to get a feel for where we might be.

These indicators were almost exclusively above my targets just a few weeks, indicating a more constructive environment that has seen a pull back of late. A handful are on the cusp of dropping below.

My activity the past few weeks has primarily been tactical/short term short trades and call spread writing against the indices high water marks. It’s also a time to identify those long ideas that weren’t providing an entry point in the earlier parts of the year. We may be approaching levels for some of those shortly.
